EB-1B: Success Story!
Candidate with Master's (not Ph.D.) is approved for employer sponsored EB1B
[From May 2022]
Indian-born immigrant (EB1) success story ---->
-- Dec 20, 2021: EB1B petition receipted at USCIS;
-- Jan 03, 2022: EB1B petition approved (via premium processing).
-- Feb 11, 2022: I-485 filed;
-- May 02, 2022: I-485 approved!
MIND BLOWING!
Note: Past performance is no guarantee of future results (especially on that I-485... whoa, man!)
Congrats to his employer, not one that files EB1 petitions generally but willing to support the foreign national for EB1, who had a PERM-based EB2 I-140 at another employer from 2016 and an EB-2 NIW self-petition from 2020.
This is an individual who just kept focused and built an EB1 profile and yes it still took 6 years from PERM and his initial priority date, but he's done now.

By the way, the candidate here has a Master's degree (not a Ph.D.) and we did the EB1 I-140 with 3 support letters, plus the petitioner support letter.
You don't need 10 letters or whatever some people say.
