This post is a detailed case study of one of our firm's cases for someone with 'non-traditional metrics' approved for EB-2 NIW with pretty awesome timing.

In July 2022, I started this substack newsletter. I had lots of ideas about what I wanted to cover, but one thing I wanted to cover was EB-2 NIW. I felt it was an underutilized category where there was a significant amount of mis-information floating around.

Around the same time I started taking some cases for people who wanted to pursue EB-2 NIW with what I like to call “non-traditional metrics.”

This post (beyond the paywall) is a detailed case study on the first successful case we have filed with what I would call non-traditional metrics.

The case we filed was approved amazingly fast, although I will admit the fast timing was very likely dumb luck. But hopefully the way the case was framed helped with the approval without RFE (Request for Evidence). I would like to think the way the case was framed was more than luck.

Behind the paywall I try to provide as many details as possible. No two cases are ever exactly the same but certainly analytical approaches can be replicated.

I hope you find this useful!
